Premier Orthopaedics hired Meyer to design a build to suit, flagship location for them on a pad site in Collegeville, PA. The building was designed to accommodate both medical office/healthcare space and corporate office space. The dual purpose building allows them flexibility for future growth. The building was designed using Revit/BIM 3D software. The design and engineering team worked closely with the construction manager to price the building as it was designed in order to achieve Premier’s budget.
