After the unexpected dissolution of its main tenant, Behringer Harvard was left with a 150,000 SF vacancy in their Center City Class A tower during the early recovery years of the economic crisis of 2008. Meyer dramatically updated 1650 Arch Street’s facade, entrance and lobby to re-position and rebrand this Class A asset into the new talk of the town. A collaborative team effort, an investment in “wow” renderings, and a new brand strategy attracted multiple tenants before the renovation was even completed.
